If your new blind does not fit due to your measuring error, or if you are dissatisfied with the style, color or features of your new blind, you may exchange the product (up to 4 blinds per household). We will replace it and cover shipping too!

If a remake will not correct the issue, return the blinds for a refund (up to 6 blinds per household). A 35% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
