Easy exchanges with Lowe's Custom Blinds and Shades Store CustomFit Guarantee. If your new blind does not fit due to your measuring error, or if you are dissatisfied with the style, color or features of your new blind, you may return the product and we will replace it and cover shipping too!

Returns Policy

If a remake will not correct the issue, return the blinds for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns for refund are limited to 6 custom blinds per household per lifetime. A 35% restocking fee will apply. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Report items that are damaged or missing within 7 days of delivery.

If you need to cancel your order, please call our customer care department immediately and we will do our best to adjust your order. Please note that production begins within 6 to 24 hours from the time an order is placed.

Here are some tips to help you place your custom blinds and shades order:

Prior to placing your order, please review your order carefully as every product is custom-configured and built to your specifications. Once the manufacturing process has begun, orders cannot be changed; therefore, it is important that you review your purchase and your measurements prior to finalizing your order.

Product Size

If you selected Inside Mount on your order, the factory will make your blind slightly narrower so that your blind fits within the window opening. Vertical blinds have deductions taken on both width and height. If you selected Outside Mount the factory will neither add nor subtract from your dimensions. Roller shade and solar shade fabrics will be narrower than the tip-to-tip mount type due to the construction and specifications of the product.

Fabric & Color

Computer screens do not necessarily portray colors and/or material texture accurately and the color you see on your monitor may not exactly match the actual material. Please order free swatches if an exact match is needed.

Change Or Cancel An Order

All products are custom fabricated specifically for each customer's specifications and window dimensions. Custom orders are entered into the factory immediately, so we are unable to cancel an order once an order enters into production.

Problem With An Order

It is important to inspect your order as soon as you receive it to make sure there is no shipping damage or manufacturing errors or defects. Please note damage prior to signing for delivery, if applicable. Please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of your order if there are any shortages, shipping damages including concealed damage, and/or products that were not made to your specifications. If you need to make a claim, simply call our Customer Service Team at +1-888-767-7856. Claims made after 7 days may incur charges for repair or replacement of products unless otherwise covered by manufacturer warranty. Please save your shipping carton(s) as Lowe's Custom Blinds & Shades Store does not supply shipping materials, cartons, etc. for warranty or non-warranty issues.

Special Orders

Special Order-configured products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.

Replacement Parts

If you are missing a part or parts from your order, please contact us and we will order replacement parts immediately. If it has been more than 30 calendar days since you received your order, there may be a charge for any requested parts.
