If your new blind does not fit due to your measuring error, or if you are dissatisfied with the style, color or features of your new blind, you may return the product and we will replace it and cover shipping too!
- Limited to 4 blinds per household per lifetime
- Exchange must occur within 30 days of delivery to your home
- Exchange must be within the same brand and cover the original window
- You only pay the difference when the new product has a higher current sale price
- Refunds are not offered under this guarantee
- Limit one replacement per product

Returns Policy
If a remake will not correct the issue, return the blinds for a refund within 30 days of purchase. May be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned. Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange. Report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping/delivery charges incurred as part of your online purchase are nonrefundable when returning or exchanging items. At this time, returns/exchanges for purchases made on blinds.lowes.com may not be processed in Lowe's stores.
